Paradigm Spine is currently accepting resumes for regional sales managers and direct sales representatives nationally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year BS/BA degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Proven top performer with documentation of sales results a must. (President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, Top 10% of sales consecutively, etc)
- 2 years of successful implant sales experience, preferably spine.
- Knowledge of spine anatomy a plus
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and demonstrates initiatives in problem identification and solution development.
- Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
- Ability to travel frequently, (60%+) work in both a team setting and independently.
- Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service, or product from subordinates, prospects and customers.
- Experience in the implementation of sales the sales process.
- Demonstrates high intelligence with effective analytical/problem solving skills.
- A positive, self-confident, decisive person who has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as keen listening skills.
- A high-energy, goal-oriented person with the maturity to succeed in a highly competitive business environment.
Qualifications:

- 5 or more years of demonstrated successful experience in spine/medical sales.
Must be clinically competent in the O.R.
- 2 or more years successful sales management experience
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Proven top performer with documentation of sales results a must.
(President’s Club, Circle of Excellence, Top 10% of sales consecutively, etc)
- Experience with both Direct and Distributors a plus
- Strong relationship building skills at all levels

All positions will enjoy an excellent base salary plus sales commissions/overrides,
